Next-level Winter Transport: Alpina in Sweden

March 2026 – Idre Himmelfjäll, Sweden

On the weekend of March 7-8, the snowy slopes of Idre Himmelfjäll hosted the prestigious Frida Hansdotter youth competition, welcoming around 200 young athletes and their families. This high-traffic event was the perfect stage to showcase the efficiency of the Alpina Superclass combined with the Transalp Bus trailer.

Our mission, coordinated by our Swedish distributor Johan Forssén from TRACKSYSTEMS SCANDINAVIA AB, was to provide a continuous shuttle service. For 8 hours on Saturday and 2 hours on Sunday, the Superclass worked tirelessly, moving guests and competitors from the car park to the goal area over a 600-meter steep path.

The feedback from the families was outstanding. One mother, who used the service on both days, perfectly captured the experience: “You have taken transport to another level!”

This successful operation at Idre Himmelfjäll demonstrates once again why the Superclass + Transalp Bus combo is the ultimate “workhorse” for family-oriented ski resorts.
