    Today’s advice for a good xc-ski trail

    TODAY’S ADVICE FOR A GOOD XC-SKI TRAIL

Pack the fresh snow as much as you can, for a better quality and durability of the ski trail. You cannot just “sweep” the snow, the result will be a too soft trail where skis sink easily, and the ski trail will be soon ruined after a few skiers will pass on it.

Unfortunately this is what happens with some “amateur” attachments made for light-duty snowmobiles and ATV’s. Due to the limited pulling power available, those lightweight attachments are designed to produce less drag as possible, so they tend to glide over the snow rather than working and packing the snow. You can’t do anything about it, the rule of thumb says: “it takes weight and pulling power”.

The Superclass 1.2L equipped with the F-250 groomer / track-setter is no compromise: the Superclass really pulls and the F-250 really works the snow.
